Argentina 2019 8th International Congress of the Spanish Language
Jorge Luis Borges (1899-1986) was an Argentine author as well as a key figure in international literature. He is best known for his books Ficciones (1944) and El Aleph (1949). His other notable works include A Universal History of Infamy (1935), Labyrinths (1962) and The Book of Sand (1975).

Saul Bellow (1915 – 2005) was a Canadian–American writer. He was awarded the Pulitzer Prize, the 1976 Nobel Prize in Literature, and the National Medal of Arts. His most notable works include The Adventures of Augie March (1953), Henderson the Rain King (1959), Herzog (1964), and Humboldt's Gift(1975).

100th Death Anniversary of Franz Grillparzer.

Franz Seraphicus Grillparzer (15 January 1791 – 21 January 1872) was an Austrian writer who was considered to be the leading Austrian dramatist of the 19th century. His plays were and are frequently performed at the famous Burgtheater in Vienna. He also wrote the oration for Ludwig van Beethoven's funeral, as well as the epitaph for his friend Franz Schubert.

Maria Ibars (1892–1965) was a Valencian writer who wrote in Spanish and Catalan. Her work consists mostly of novels, but she also wrote poetry and theatre pieces. Her most notable work includes Poemas de Penyamar (1949), Vides planes (1962) and L'últim serv (1963).

Stefan Zweig (1881-1942) was an Austrian writer. At the height of his literary career (1920s and 1930s) he was one of the most widely translated and popular writers in the world. His best-known fiction includes Letter from an Unknown Woman (1922), Amok (1922), Fear (1925), Twenty-Four Hours in the Life of a Woman (1927), the psychological novel Ungeduld des Herzens (1939), and The Royal Game (1941).
