In another Forum thread is posted a stamp celebrating the life of the Czech traveler and author Miroslav Zikmund (14 February 1919 – 1 December 2021) who made it past 100, thus deserving of a salute in this thread too.

Just saw that this forum was bumped! Looked at it and couldn't find the 2022 Eleanor Collins stamp!

(Born November 21, 1919, today 103 years old)

The stamp pays tribute to Lygia Fagundes da Silva Telles (1918-2022), a Brazilian novelist and writer. She was a recipient of the Camões Prize, the highest literary award of the Portuguese language. She passed away at the age of 103.
