Working on honing in on what I actually want to collect. It's been years now since I joined the forum and through my education here I've come to realize I am more of an accumulator of stamps rather than a focused collector. I don't envision getting rid of any other collections or anything like that, but I am enjoying being a Canadian collector more and more. So Canada it shall be. Besides, who doesn't love stamps of a beaver? (Scott 15)

Finally printing pages and mounting my Venezuela stamps. Uruguay, with it's myriad perforation varieties, will be next, followed by Vietnam.

Digging thru a small collection picked up at a local garage sale for $20. Four small albums we'll call 'sparse' and a box full of envelopes, glassines and a bunch of loose stamps on/off paper. Best finds so far, a US 208, looks unused on the front but the back is a mess and a US 511 MH plate number single. Most of the loose stamps are pre-1940 UK, France, and Belgium. Lots of pre-cancels and perfins to go thru.

Sorted thru a large collection of Luxembourg. Lots of overprints, semi-postals, and officials. Hundreds to add to the collection.

You guys are much more constructive than I am... all I did was spend more money today! But I got this sweet artist's die proof of France #C22... let's hope it survives shipping from Germany...

Yesterday I managed to complete the imprint blocks of the Papua & New Guinea 1952 definitive issue, with the arrival of this £1 imprint block.

Now the hunt is on for a used 1½d horizontal pair of the !932 undated New Guinea birds, to complete another section.

Yes it is - I was very pleased when it arrived, not only did it complete the imprint block set, it is off great quality. I purchased it on ebay.

I started a country.

Title page was done with AlbumEasy. The other pages are Steiner pages with a different font and catalog and page numbers.

Very nice @angore. I wish I had modified the font for my Steiner pages.

NicholasC, I wish I had started sooner but it takes some work as you have to modify every page. I cannot find a way to change the entire file at once plus I do re-adjust the inter-character spacing.

@angore, I feel that pain. I often have to modify the pages when the frames are not the correct size. When I do that, I have to re-center the text and fix double spacing. I think if you do a "select all" you can change the font all at once.r Especially should work for a single page. Of course, if you want different font sizes, that's gonna be manual. If I am redoing the headings, I will copy & paste from page to page. Goes quicker and already in correct position. Be sure to delete previous headings first.

Went to a "local" show yesterday and was mostly disappointed. Only about half as many dealers as usual, although we did go early so some might not have shown up yet, and only two dealers really had anything to look at. One that I usually hit only brought a small number of things that I didn't collect and I wound up buying only a couple of bucks worth of stuff, while the other had more and my wife and I spent about $150, but that's paltry compared to what we usually find.

Picked up another holy grail item for my collection - the Singapore 1969 Sesquicentenary souvenir sheet.
