I posted in the Olympic Games thread a set of stamps issued by Monaco on July 12, 1948. One of them was designed and engraved by Achille Ouvré, never posted in this thread:

To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the French Revolution, France issued an omnibus series for use in its colonies. Each individual set contains six stamps with identical design shows the storming of the Bastille, Paris, France on July 14, 1789, designed and engraved by Achille Ouvré.
