Who engraved these stamps? I know the 1866-1878 were done by American Banknote and the 300 Reis 1878 Scott 78 was done by Continental. Am I correct in thinking Mr. Burt did these?

According to Gene Hessler's The Engraver's Line, when looking under Burt, Hessler states that Burt engraved A5 up to and including A20, with the exception of A17. J. Bannister worked with Burt on A11.

Looking under J Bannister, Hessler states that Bannister and Burt worked together on A6, A8a and A9.

JD Smillie worked with Burt on A13 and A18 to A20.

So the picture is a bit messy but that's all I've got for you.
