More likely Canadian.

With the Canada input, I found a similar one on eBay (but with a a 68 date) that the seller said was for the Viet Nam war.

Canadian. I have a couple of examples used by the Canadian U.N. contingent in Cyprus back in the late 60's.

It's Canadian, used by its Peace Keepinf Forces in Gaza and Sinai during 1968 anf 1969.
