After. He came to work after the incident as if nothing had happened, but when they found out about it he was shown the door.

Wow, what a beyond-unfortunate situation this truly is! Not knowing how widely disseminated this news report is, I can only hope that there is no effect on membership applications for our APS. Unbelievable...
