Can It Be A Re Entry Or It's Just Over Inked?

I have a question about this stamp: can it be a re entry? Look at the left, there's a blue straight line, and I wonder if it's a re entry. I know that a lot of the stamps from this issue are over inked, so is that just over inked? Thanks,

It is not a re-entry, it is also not overinking.
The stamp looks like a plate III, and quite a few of the 100 stamps of this plate show the line in this area

Thanks, Peter! I thought it was plate II, because of the gap in upper right corner, and it's a characteristic of plate II, right?

I can probably tell you the plate and maybe the plate position if you can send a better picture, preferably a scan on a black background
I have pictures of every stamp of all seven plates so that helps in IDing

I can't scan with a better dpi, but I can on a black background. I have a question, which reference do you use to know the plate position of these stamps? I would like to have it and use it too. I'll send you a scan picture on a black background soon.

My main reference is a set of books : "Nederland 1852" by G,C, van Balen Blanken en Bert Buurman. Issued around 1968
These books were originally issued by J.L van Dieten, Tournooiveld 2, Den Haag, Nederland
I have no idea if these are still available. but you might find them on the internet. There are 16 books for all regular plates and loose leaf pages for plate 1a.

OK Captain, here is my verdict! I think it is plate III, position 83.
One of the convincing features is a small scratch between the upper right frame lines. Almost not visible on your stamp because of the cancel.
Also, the van Balen Blanken / Bert Buurman book shows the upper right corner closed as to where yours is open. I believe that to be an inking
problem. All of the small scratches on the bottom are shown in the book.

Letting this post being alive again, because I have a question for @Petert4522 about the books you use for the plating of these.

Do you own the Dutch version or the English one? And where did you get these books? To get all the books from all plates must be extremely expensive, if those are sold one at a time. Could you give me any advice about how to get those and where?
