For anyone looking to buy the 2025 edition or with a copy on backorder, I've just spoken to Amos Media, the publishers.

As of today, March 6th, there is still no scheduled print date. As I understand it, there is an impasse with their printer due to costs which has been going on for five months now.

Could be a case of skipping the print run completely, the closer we get to November when the 2026 is due...

We are at the point where Amos Publishing needs to make some big decisions . Like quit the annual printing and do it once every 3 years ..OR cut off the printing catalog to 1970 or 1980 and issue a CD's for current issues ....OR.....Something different .........It just can't continue .

I would like a 1840 to 1940 Classic.
Then a 1940 to 1980 Golden
1980 to 2025 on CD'S

I don't think the catalogs are going to be around much longer. Amos can't afford to print them annually and Amos can't afford to skip the annual revenue from them. That is an impossible position they put themselves in.

Yvert fits 1940-1960 onto just under 1100 pages, put across 2 reasonably-sized volumes (alphabetically), as Les Semi-Modernes.

I would buy one from Scott, even if it wasn't a Specialized (which could be tricky to generate, since they might not have that information).

Umm... didn't Rick Amos officially state back in November that the issues with the printer had been resolved and that "Furthermore, the Scott Specialized and Classic catalogues will be mailed sometime in January and February 2025." ?

Or was that too just more B.S. from Amos Media...
