Solomons,
So if you send this off for a certificate and they say it is *not* a special printing, will you believe them?
John Becker- I would have no choice but to believe them! That is because I do not have experience with special printings yet. I am a nobody in that field, so I am in no position to say what is or what isn't.
But I do have enough experience with banknotes to say that these two are set apart in a particularly nice way. If they were to say it was "not" a special printing, they would have a challenge in convincing me they are standard 157s. That wouldn't be the same as me opposing their opinion that it is not a special printing.

Best of luck. Be sure to post the certificate when you get it.
Rogdcam- Thank you very much! I will, absolutely.

OK, consider: if these stamps were not yours but were offered to you asis for $5000 and you had the cash to spend, would you?
Essayk- it's a hard question because I do not have experience with special printings. If someone labeled it "special printing" I would have no exact mental image to compare it to.
Even if the pictures were quite clear and had a displayed it like I did above, I probably wouldn't risk the $5,000.
But if they offered 30-day returns I would pick it up in a heartbeat.
