Will very much appreciate if anyone could tell me if these stamps are the scarce/ rare 2 million overprint stamps. Tried to see the year on the post mark and it looked like 1923 though I can't really confirm. Thank you.

Please do not cross-post the same topic. The other one has been deleted.

Note that this is a STRIP of 3, not a block.

Curious as to why you posted the same strip twice as viewed from the front?

I'm not a German stamp collector, but I would like to know what particular feature makes you feel that this is some type of rarity. If you are thinking about the watermark, then it would be best if you scan another piece side-by-side to show how the feature varies between the two. Supposedly one would be different from the other. To me, it looks like a normal watermark, but I've been wrong before.

A strip is a one-dimensional block. Maybe it is not preferable to call it a block, but it is not wrong either.

In the specialized Michel catalog there are 2 varieties with high values #;(see arrows).

The 17000 E variant is excluded (B=roulette)
These stamps (Michel 309) were overprinted with 2Mil. on 200 Mark stamps reissued and with different colors than the original issue (the stamp on the top left).
The cancellation can be evaluated (RAGEBERG) and the date corresponds to the correct rate for cover over 20 gr. abroad.
You need to check that it is flat print (2.5mm distance)
It must be color "c" and this can only be established by expertise/certification.
I have posted a few stamps from my collection (in case you do not have a Michel catalog) to differentiate the differences in printing and perforation.

The color differences are difficult to evaluate.

Your stamp could be one of three choices , first it could be the cheap stamp ,then it could be the high price different earlier watermark type and the third choice could be a sideways watermark which is also has a very good price .

Which is it ,I wouldn't make a call from a computer scan, it can be worth you sending to a expert to get a certificate .

Good Luck with it
