Just looking for some insight. How would y'all catalogue these stamps?

What do you mean by "catalogue"? If you look in a stamp catalogue, you'll find prices for used stamps, as these are (with a subset of a New York pre-cancel for the first).

"Catalogue" for what purpose? Arranging in your album or stock page or are you speaking of valuation?

Stamps such as these trade at pennies each in bulk without consideration to the list catalog value even with them earning a catalogue over the basic minimum price of 25 cents.

Now if you want to collect by cancellation type, then the underlying stamp means little.

Yeah, so that's kind of the whole issue I'm having. I typically like to catalogue by value, but I'm not sure whether doing so by cancellation, or print, would better for that purpose.

the first being a precancel would deserve a note. If unused or used another note. The remainder are used or canceled (used). if you are in to to common or fancy cancel make a note. Value is dependent upon condition. Better the condition value may differ. I catalog by mint or used, block or strip (x), sheet-pane, plate # & note issue date & city. If multiple cities I try to obtain an FDC for each.

For the stamps shown, all with insignificant value, the differences would not amount to much more than $0.02 +/- in a real transaction. None of the cancels have an effect on the "used catalogue value" except of course the precancel which is considered used and a less desirable than an actually cancelled stamp thus sells at a discount from the used price.

You should refer to a Scott US Specialized Catalogue, Introduction, Scott Numbering Practices and Special Notices, Understanding valuing notations.
