German hyperinflation stamp. Would appreciate if anyone could shed some light on the perforations. Would also appreciate any other info and details about this stamp. Thank you.

NSK is correct about the perforation. More specifically, the perforation is serrated roulette, which is a line of opposing diagonals slits.
