Trying to figure out where this Hyderabad stamp was canceled. I think at bottom it says PATHARGOTT__ or maybe PATHARGIOT__ I have found a Patharghiata in India now. Could this be an alternative earlier spelling?
Pathargatti is an old shopping district in Hyderabad. There are a couple references to a Pathargutti Road in Hyderabad, so I'd start guessing using that.
