We'll need more information about this stamp to comment on a valuation. Is it used or unused? Does it have original gum? If it has original gum, is the gum hinged or disturbed?

Scott Catalog number 26. Worth about $25 on a good day in the apparent condition here - assuming unused with no hidden faults.
