Yvert lists two groups of 1946 issues under a "Republique Indonesienne" sub-heading of the Dutch Indies. Thirteen stamps, numbered 1-13. It doesn't list that large, bogus US/Vienna issue.
If by Java/Sumatra issues you mean the revolutionary stamps of 1945-1949, it appears Yvert only lists 13 of them as noted above. Scott lists about 140 of them. But there are actually over 5000 of them, if you include all the different overprints. For that you would need the Dai Nippon catalog of the Postage Stamps of the Republic of Indonesia 1945-1949. You can order it from the Dai Nippon Society.
The Vienna issues have generally been considered bogus since they were produced because they were printed outside of Indonesia for publicity and collection purposes. But a few of them did get postally used and a few people consider them legitimate. It all depends on your definitions. If you are going to collect them seriously you will need the Katalog Prangko Indonesia 2023 (they don't print them every year like Scott - more like once every 5 years). Scott only has a page or two of the Vienna issues, but Prangko has 25 pages of them, with every variant you could possibly imagine.
I am writing an article on the Vienna issues and I was comparing how catalogs treat these and including the revolutionary (Java and Sumatra) for reference. Scott decided to list the Vienna issues in the 2008 catalog. Michel lists with an L prefix. Gibbons does not list the Vienna issues.
Initial organized philatelic reaction was very negative.
The marketing of the Vienna issues were extensive.
In 1950, they were exhibited at the National Postal Museum in Philadelphia, PA and covered in their journal. I never realized the NPM was ever in Philadelphia.
