The World's First Cinderella Stamp Congress.
2016 September 16, 17, 18
The World's First Cinderella Stamp Congress takes place this coming September, starting on Friday 16th and through to Sunday 18th.
Gatherings will take place at the Royal Philatelic Society, London and there will be displays and more at the National Autumn Stampex Exhibition at the British Design Centre, Islington, London.

The event is being organized by UK's Cinderella Stamp Club but it is open to everyone and all are welcome. There will be a number of interesting meetings and talks and also an auction and I will give more details shortly.
There will be dealer tables at the RPSL over the 3 days.

I can report that the Auction catalogue has landed on my desk and is full of good things.
The catalogue is divided into 2 parts, the first part of 200+ lots for the Congress auction and the remainder for the annual CSC auction.

The Congress auction will have a number of Mixed Stockbooks, Plenty of Revenues from Germany, Guernsey, Jersey, Great Britain and Yugoslavia, Los of locals [Bogus GB, USA etc] and much more besides.

Saving pennies.......

Are any British-based members planning on going to the CINDERELLA CONGRESS or AUTUMN STAMPEX in London next week ?
If you are, please let us know here you may wish to meet others for a Stamp Chat or Beer !
Response from most groups has been slow but there will be some kind of gathering, even if with limited numbers.

I will be taking a table at the Cinderella Congress and there will much to see, do and buy elsewhere with many books for sale.

Don't miss it !

Happy Collecting

I remember an old book on cinderellas called something like "Cinderellas, heralds of lost revolutions". Do you know it? Would you have it for sale at the London Cinderella Congress?
