Theses 3 stamps in order I belive to be the 219, 247, and 267 scotts. The 267 is watermarked possibly double lined. But the color is confusing me. It's more blue-green than blue.

The last stamp is a 264 not a 267 my mistake

It's 219, 246 and the last could also be 279. Issued in 1898 to conform to Universal Postal Union assigned value colors. It is listed as deep green, green and yellow green. Too much exposure to sunlight will alter the colors. Same watermark

It's probably a blue that has lived a very hard life and been exposed to some kind of chemical change.
