Filling in some gaps in my MNH U.S. collection, I'm starting to tackle the Kansas and Nebraska overprints. I may replace the Franklin eventually (not liking the short perf in the lower right corner, and the centering could be better), but I got a good deal on this lot.

I finally broke down a Great Britain and Commonwealth purchase years ago. This is one of about 10 vario sheets. Condition varies.

I just bought a bunch of used stamps on-paper. I doubt I'll find many that I need, but it'll be fun checking. I had quit collecting for a few years, and now I need to catch up.

Nah. just a joke, Jack. (I don't really have an ex-wife).

A friend of mine once said she and her husband divorced for religious reasons -- she is Baptist and he was the Devil

Making my way through the 1939 North Borneo set. These arrived the other day.

*Edit* just realized the 10 is not the one shown that I paid for. I see toning in at least 3 areas and compared it to the image that I paid for and clearly 2 different stamps. We will see how this seller responds.

My newest stamps bought. I believe the Franklin is blue paper but haven't verified.

Its that time of the year, again. This is when I update my USA collection for the previous year. I first get the MYSTIC supplement and then buy the souvenir sheets needed from the USPS. If unavailable, I go to eBay. Later on, I will purchase the commemoratives and regular issues from MYSTIC. I buy the ducks and Priority Mail stamps from the post office.

I have found this to be the easiest and cheapest way to fill the supplement. I will be happy when I finish this chore as I truely hate the USA stamps of today.
