I realized I post "Indian" instead of "Native American". No disrespect intended. My grandmother was full blood and we always called ourselves Indian.

I was pleased to dig this one out of a 25 box! It depicts the British Royal Family visiting with the cast of Buffalo Bill Cody's Wild West Show in 1903. The caption on the back brought a smile.

Amazing cards! Hide the snake dance card, no one non tribal is allowed into the dance anymore. My Great-Grandfather was Hopi from Hotevilla, AZ. Passed many years ago. My grandmother never knew she was half Hopi till her 30s. A small man drove up to her home and told her, " I'm your father." The stories I could tell & I'm not too old. Navajo is the rest of our bloodline. But, Hopi took us in as family ever since Great- grandpa first came. Anyway, your photos took me way back. Now, cameras, video are not allowed with FBI present. Sad part is , such ceremonies are almost gone. Thank you for showing.
