Candian Booklet Starting With Sc#67

I had placed this back on my "TO SORT" shelf and got it out today.
I had not looked the dates up on this booklet but the first page (not shown) has 6 stamps on it (starting with SC# 67). Some real beauties in this booklet--Forgive me if I'm wrong but either nr-notrare or Meo sent this to me!
I had been collecting Canadian stamps but did not have any of the earlier ones such as these. I really like the booklet and the ability to write down which SC# it is and the values--otherwise, when we're gone no one will know what they are worth.

Are these stamps safe left on this type of paper??
Did they have the acid-free paper years ago for the collectors booklets/albums?
