Larry, If I still have the Auction Catalogs from the Honolulu Advisor Collection you are welcome to them. I think you can still download them from Shreve's(I think it was their auction). Or it may have been Matt Bennett. LOTS of good info as I remember.
Thanks too for the offers on the auction books but what I will try to do instead is get whatecer reference material I can get. I have limited speace left in my book shelves
