Anyone Know What This Ebay Item Is

Says it is a Showgard Stamp file. Can not find info anywhere on what it does, but am looking for something to help organize my collection. Have a shoe box or 2 of glassine envelopes filled with stamps and smaller plastic rubbermaid type boxes to hold other things. Then have a half dozen albums, stockbooks, etc.
Do you know what this item is? Ebay # 350192060429 . How do you organize your stamp collecting stuff. I enjoy taking to work and doing some playing with it between calls, but so many things to carry around.
Any help or ideas would be much appreciated!

I see it. It may have been made for the purpose of storing Showgard's but not part of Showgard's product line.
But the seller's record seems good, 100% approval in 2300 plus transactions.
That seems good to me!
