I always buy something. So far I am running 36% Total Cost to Catalogue Value. As long as the stamps plus shipping & insurance stays under 50% I will continue. If costs go up for some reason I will reconsider what I'm doing. Just trying to help fellow collectors get rid of their dups and have a little extra cash for that little extra something.
