There was a previous thread that was looking for U.S. stamps without the country name inscribed. Of course that is the norm for Great Britain.

I am trying to compile a list of any other countries that have issued stamps without the country name, I know there are many since 1840.

Here to start is a modern oddity, Tokelau, issued in 1999, Scott #277. Sure the name is in the margin of the sheet, but not on the stamp. It is not a missing colour, all were issued as such.

There are actually quite a few countries that issued at least one postage stamp without a country name; especially before the UPU establishment or prior to joining UPU. But I've never actually made a list of these countries. I would think there would be at least 1-2 dozen.

RevStamp, the printing of those Sardina stamps is fantastic with the embossing. Nice scanning.

None of these are mine. But, I do have most of them. I do have a number of the early Sardinian with Cert's. incl. some of the inverts. All originally collected by my Grandfather around 1905-06.
