I really hate looking like the dummy that I am, but I still don't understand some of the rational for some of the Scott listings,or the lack thereof. right now I am trying to understand the lack of listing for a used copy of Scott 316 as a used single. is this not listed because the singles are too easy to trim to look like a coil, or are there few examples, or are they not worth the effort to list.
In the section titled "understanding valuing notations" it states. " the absence of a value does not necessarily suggest that a stamp is scarce or rare", but it does not say what the absence Does suggest.I know that there is probably a very simple answer, but I fail to see it, getting my glasses changed soon.

I am sure some of you good guys and gals can help enlighten me. Dean
