I have to say since the stamps are badly stained any value would be greatly diminished.

I agree with Mike [Warrehouse], they appear to be badly toned.
But don't worry, they would only have been worth a few cents at best, even in perfect condition !

Try to seperate the toned stamps from the nice ones in all your collections.
