About Me

I have collected stamps for almost 50 years, and although I was never able to invest much I now have a passable collection of Dutch stamps (incl. colonies). I have a few other modest country collections (Vatican, Luxembourg, Canada and a bit of US). I have the leisure now to spend some more time on my collection, and hope to benefit from the expertise on this forum and, who knows, maybe be able to contribute the odd bit concerning Dutch stamps.
My favorite stamp in my collection is an 'official' forgery of the 1 1/2 c gray flying dove, produced in England during WWII by Watertow & Sons for the British Intelligence Service
