Rattlesnake Island Stamps Question

Im new to stamps and honestly dont know much about them, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here we go. I have pulled my hair out trying to find some research on these stamps. I know there were reproductions. I found these 3 stamps in a very old box of old advertisements. I cannot seem to find a year on these stamps anywhere on the net. Is there anyone that knows anything about these? Any help is greatly appreciated. They were found in a small little wax envelope that has "13th" written on them
