As it relates to all of the recent news of the latest Lady Liberty and Flag stamps, I thought I'd post this as an interesting study.
First, I have always learned from school days that the Flag should come first, so in my mind, I have started collecting these stamps with the Flag and Lady Liberty. However, the Scott catalog in all of their wisdom has elected to make the se-tenant collecting of these stamps with Lady Liberty coming first, so the Scott numbers are reversed in the following examples:

While I have not come across the perf. 11 variety yet, the three that I do have are typical of the issue. One interesting point is that the ATM Booklet (Scott 4518-4519), as shown on the last scan shows a distinctly grainy look to the blue background as compared to the coils. I don't know if this was intentional or had to do with the printer used for that particular variety, but at least it does make it easy to identify.
