As I'm sure most of you know, finding Consular Service Fee stamps still on document can be a bit of a challenge. I recently got this and thought I would share. This area of my collection has been ignored for awhile and whenever I find a document still having the stamp affixed, I'll try and grab it. As far as I can tell, this document is just a plane invoice. I don't have WT1's great ability to research the who's who.

I love the historical value of this type of document. Researching the who's who would keep my ocupied for a while and it would surely be a lovely addition to any collection.
