Do We Have A Member Who Lives In Germany?

I spotted a few eBay lots I want to bid on over the coming weeks, but the sellers don't ship to the US. One seller will ship only to Germany. Do we have a member in Germany who would consider acting as a middleman for me?

Thanks smauggie. I tried that service, but it doesn't work well with eBay because of the eBay/PayPal setup. eBay allows me to enter a German shipping address, but PayPal doesn't. So, the only way to pay with PayPal is for the seller to overlook the address mismatch and forgo the seller protections. Some are willing to do that, but it's difficult convincing some due to the language barrier.

I'm not sure if it helps, I'm in Austria and usually the sellers from Germany have no problem on sending to Austria, even if it's not stated. There is only a problem: the sending costs will be bigger as he has to sent them to Austria, usually double as if sent inside Germany. Shipping prices from Austria to USA are here : www.post.at

I understand you totally... my heart was broken because this seller doesn't ship outside USA, and he also blocked a message service (for the "outsiders")... so I was unable even to try to ask him could he make an exception...
