Hello again, This is another hard one for me to find any information on. These have an 1868 manuscript cancel and a handstamp that reads--Bernh. Sandbank & Co. Leipzig. The design is pretty simple with Stempelmarke. This is repeated in the backgroung. At the bottom of the design it reads in german --Keep Providence in mind. The stamps are a little bit darker than the scan shows. That is all there is. Whatever information tou have will be great. As always your help is most surely appreciated.
Thanks
david

I don't have my Erler catalog handy, but it appears to be a revenue from Sachsen (Saxony). That's the state's motto, and Leipzig is one of the two major cities in Sachsen.
