I picked it up as 1 of 3 pieces. All had some sort of medical slogan/advertising imprinted. I bought the as an interesting precancel pnc...Any thoughts?

Did anyone figure this one out yet?

I suggest it is merely a fantasy overprint. The company name (in any of several forms) does not seem to exist when searching for it on the internet, the stamp was issued too late (1982) for most local precancelling and the few that may have been locally precancelled would not have had such verbage included in the precancel.

Does anyone have a better explanation?

It looks like a precancel-forger's practice effort coming from a well-known fishy source.
