How do I tell the difference of booklet stamps on piece? APU 4778-81, SSP 4782-85, AVR 4796-99. I see 2013 in upper left on some and 2014 in lower left on others. Thanks.
thanks very much for the information. I am finding that there are so many of these booklet stamps that cannot be soaked off paper. I have ruined so many, I guess I will just cut around them in the future. Just another reason to stop collecting modern US.
