I have been needing a set of 1953-2002 and 1953A-2002A for my collection for a while. My US 90s stamps are pretty bare and I need to start filling them in.

I was in my local stamp store (unbelievably great that I have one and it's within walking distance, if I so choose) buying another set of stamps, when I got to talking about these stamps.

The owner tells me that there was quite a deal of speculation that these stamps would go up in value and a lot of dealers bought these things up. He said he had a ton of them, and is about to start using them as postage. Then he says "If you need a set, I'll sell them to you at face value."

Well, how can you pass up an offer like that. I went a nabbed a sheet of each.

Now I need to make some Mystic hacks to deal with these sheets.

I'll be curious to see your Mystic hack. These sheets are just sitting in a folder right now for me. Please post your solution!

Andy, I have similar problems with some of my long strips of coil stamps. Anything over 18 stamps long I have to either leave rolled up or break them up!
On your sheets, would it be bad to break them in two? I believe they would fit that way.

Peter

I don't break anything up ever, but that's just me.

I purchased an Itoya 9 x12 Art portfolio and put my full sheets in there: http://www.amazon.com/Itoya-Profoli...p/B0000AE68P

I then hack a page that has a color picture of the sheet on the page with a line on the bottom telling you that the stamps can be found on page XXX of the Full Sheet Album.

For this sheet, I think I am going to provide some choices, and you can pick the one you want:

1.b&w photo and description and you insert the sheet in a page protector and put it in the album. Problem with this is that the sheet will not fit on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet protector. You'd need to get a 9x12 music sheet protector. But I will still include it as an option.

2. What I described above, with a color photo and a line pointing you to another album.

If anyone can come up with another option, post it and I will add it.
