It would be better to have a better resolution scan and especially the two stamps in one scan together. For me it seems that this could be because of image processing, the differences.

in the meantime would you please have a look at the paper of those twocents washington stamps and share with me opinion if it's on bluish thanks

The "two cents" type is the correct general type to look at for blue paper (which the above 2 are clearly not).
It is the "2 cents 2" type which can get the quick rule out.

Your 6 cent stamp is perf 11, thus Scott 506. The blue paper varieities will be perf 12.
