This one is totally bogus! I like it though. I must admidt that someone really went out of their way to save 90 cents

This was created to either fool collectors or possibly to give collectors who could not afford a genuine one something to put in the album space. Probably the former. BTW, ninety cents in 1869 is equal to almost $16 today, so it was real money at the time.
