My collection use to be organized, then I found this site

I can relate to that !
I should be well into stamps by now but after an afternoon at the pool with the Grandson, then cooking and clearing up I am just too tired.
But that is just an excuse.
I am really catching up on all the messages that have been posted during the last 8 hours !

Londonbus1....as I said, I can relate to that !

I only collect U.S. and use a Harris U.S. Classic album through 1979. Then I use a Scott national through 2000. I also keep my airmails, postage dues, special deliveries, etc. in my Harris.

I have 3 separate binders for my U.S. Revenues. I have another binder for my PNCs. I use stock books for most of my mint extras and stock sheet for my used extras.

I have multiple binders for my regular and airmail covers, another for my RN checks, another for my CSA currency and a very large one for my RM documents and RN stock certificates.

I have 2 spreadsheets that I try and keep up, 1 is an inventory of what I have, the is an inventory of what I'm looking for.

Overall, not very organized but I know where everything is, I think.
Except my state revenues, that's a complete mess.

I'm still trying to figure out how to organize my collection(s).

I have a White Ace binder for Israel MNH tab singles.

I use a 3-ring binder with stock pages for my topical stamps and various other items not yet organized.

I recently purchased a stack of 102 cards and a long red box to put them in. I also use the cards for overflow material and glassines.

I have one medium sized cardboard box filled with various recent purchases, mounts, some stamps on paper and others - mostly worldwide used - organized and labeled by country. Also have a number of covers I haven't organized yet.

And then there's the Rubbermaid tub, which has my recent purchase of a stamp collection in it. Mostly kiloware at this point, but some FDCs and a stock book with mint French colonies.

Realistically, I don't need to make any more stamp purchases for a LONG TIME! I could use all my stamp hobby time just organizing what I have now.

But those dollar bins at the stamp shows and the occasional offer here on SCF seem too inviting!
