Hi Rodney

I am wondering if these punches may be telegram sourced.
We shall find out one day, I expect.

I am almost certain that punched Venezuela stamps are for telegraph use. The GN perforated stamps are not telegraph stamps.

The source of the stamp named it as "unlisted"

Depends on the catalog. Scott catalog does not list revenues unless they were used for normal postal duty. Even though it is listed in a specialized Gibbons catalog it may not be listed in a SG simplified catalog (we found that in the case of the other stamp). Another factor is that all illustrations are not shown. These stamps are from a single set but with different frames but only the low value is illustrated.

Whilst I have no collecting interest in these they are great items and I really enjoy the information that is shared between SCFers - it makes you realise what a great community we have here - the collective knowledge is absolutely amazing
