Elsewhere on the web, somebody reported the P6666 stamp is overall tagged, whereas the previous printings are printed on prephosphored paper (i.e., solid tagged), and is therefore a candidate for a minor Scott catalog number. I don't believe that is the case. The earlier printings in my collection are overall tagged with a pattern of diagonally-oriented phosphor dots. On a few examples, the taggant array does not completely cover the die cuts. My P6666 stamp is also overall tagged, but with a relatively smooth application of taggant. I can detect no pattern of dots. My conclusion is all examples of Scott 3757 are overall tagged, and that the printer used a different method to apply the taggant to the P6666 stamps.

Regards, Robert

Trainwreck, place one of the stamps face down over the other one and the die cut will match. I believe it is called "reverse die cut".
