Better yet, let's live in my fantasy world, they come back as "genuin", what sort of value do you think this error would carry? In your opinion.

Now you're asking me to go beyond my area of competence. I really don't know what the US expertising bodies charge, because I don't use them. (They're incompetent in the areas I collect.) By the same token, I couldn't offer a suggestion about what your stamp was worth: I have a very (some would say) narrow focus in my collecting, and it doesn't extend to the Philippines. All I can say, in general terms, is that there are collectors of the Philippines, but it isn't one of the currently 'hot' countries, like China and India. So interest, and the price you could get, could be subdued.
