They are available here in Duluth, MN. The clerk at the P.O. made a point of telling me that the portrait of Ladybird "is not a stamp." I said, "are you sure, it's perforated and says 'forever' on it." She was quite insistent, but still charged me for six stamps. ;^)

That's quite amusing, my clerk made a point to tell me the portrait IS a stamp and seemed quite pleased at this. But this was in Austin which is a big LBJ town.
