Ray, I thought about a 454 too----but if it has been an attempt to fake a 482A it would have to be an unwatermarked stamp--hence the 491 thought. Yea, it would be criminal to do that to a 491 but the difference in value, if someone were able to pass it off as a 482A is quite a bit. Of course, I can't imagine anyone accepting anything as a 482A without a cert.
