Stamperdude--your catalogue is on it's way! I got delivery confirmation because I have 2 packages sent before Christmas per media mail that still haven't arrived at their destinations. Thanks for waiting so patiently whilst I took care of health problems!Enjoy and thanks for the participation from everyone! Gussyboy1 |

Thanks for the heads up. We all can't be 100% all the time, what fun would that be?!? I am glad you are doing better. I will set my dogs on lookout for the mailman. They always bark at him or anything else that goes by our house. LOL Heck sometimes they even bark at nothing. It is a pack mentality. They are rat terriers, so I guess it is a RAT PACK. Ha! |

Quote: They are rat terriers, so I guess it is a RAT PACK. Ha! Are they named after the original RAT PACK? Was it Sinatra, Bishop and Davis? Or Frank, Joey and Sammy? That has to be close. |

No, they are named after the Peanuts characters: Schroeder, Sally, & Patti. |

Gussyboy, I received the catalog today. Thank you. BTW there were some Orange Special Delivery stamps and cut squares & cut square 1 cent postal cards in between some of the pages. Would you like them back? |

Nope, stamperdude--just do with them what you want. I have a ton of those from a $5 yard sale find. I found out afterwards that they weren't such a great find after all but maybe good for passing along to someone.
I cannot believe that you got your package so quickly--the two that I sent out media mail before Christmas--still haven't arrived in Nebraska and New Mexico! nr-notrare said that they could sit in the bottom of a mail bag for up to 30 days--amazing!

OK. Since it was shipped within state lines it may have taken less time.
I would occasionally see stamps, covers, & albums at antique and used book stores which would be tagged for full CV or just overpriced. I always feel bad for the person whom purchases them and then realizes they did not get a good deal. Then again, I have also made uninformed purchases that were a mistake in hindsight. |
