Great looking sheets there ILS, not bad for free.

What DPI did you set the scanner at?

When I scanned a sheet awhile back even at 600 dpi
it seemed to take forever.

I just happened to notice this morning that the bottom stamp (Scott #1379) appears to be missing some ink? It's not a thin or damage and it appears that something may have been on the die or paper during printing. It's sort of hard to say really but what's your opinion on it? Thank you. -Jeff

I'm sure you have checked for the KOPRA error, but what about the Czechoslovakia "Error"? Scott only indicate a double impression of Czechoslovakia and the reverse printing of the flag. It doesn't say anything about the ' over the K.

Looking at the perfin sheet brings up a question, if a stamp has perfins and has not been used, still has og, is it OK to use for postage?

You should be okay, as most perfins were discontinued years ago and the ones shown in the previous post "PRR" was for the now-defunct Pennsylvania Railroad, so I doubt anyone cares about it today.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think perfins were initially designed as a security measure for the company or firm that used them; the USPS (formerly USPOD) didn't much care who used them, as they didn't enforce illegal usage; only the company that applied the perfin did.

Those are some very nice sheets. Especially the ones with the occupied nations flags.
