Reconstructing 1d red plates is still quite a popular activity, I think, not least because it's financially practicable.

Hey and thanks IkeyPikey,
I did not know what " Stamping " was and was unable
to get much from goggle. I would guess it could be
the love of stamps, enjoying the hunt for them, all information
relating to them, and the pleasure from being involved
with something that other people enjoy as groups ie; SCF,
sports, music, ect.
Bob

Thanks to all, but to stampcrow,
I did read and enjoy that. I agree that the dictionary and google are awesome tools to help ID almost anything. Its your incredible use of of the emicon group that I am so awed by. I have tried twice to use them but to no avail.
I like the one with " me banging my head against the wall".I just saw your post of " laughing so hard I can't stand it", on ray.mac ugly eBayer post.
I look forward to emocon 101 or maybe a link?
They are so cool,
Bob

Bob: Instead of using the [Quick Reply] box, look one inch north, and click on [Reply to Topic].

rlmstamps2012, ikeyPikey has an excellent sense of humor. Certainly more cerebral then I'm able to articulate. So...I resort to fart jokes, aka emoticons.

Happy now! Found the link in FAQ on SCF.

I am not sure how I struggled with it at 1st.

I think that I was trying to drag them over to my
message.

I will try to control my use of them. Very nice group of options!

I wish we had philatelic ones. Stamp tongs could be, "get a grip". Magnifying glass, "I see your point". Stamp soaking in a tray, "you're all wet".
