Hi everyone.

Nope. Sorry it's not 16, 28, 18, 14 1/2 or 32. It's nice of you all to research all of the history and facts regarding the stamp ahead of time for the winner (Comedy!!). Anyhow, close but no cigar so far. Don't be shy. Keep those guesses coming.
