Stanley Gibbons is for English speaking peoples,
you are excused, just put in year of emmission would suffice

(helps with cataloguing)

For the Colombian stamp, the year of emission is 1994.

you know buying up catalogs get rather expensive..
Having just ordered a used (library) set of 2009 WW catalogs and specialized US catalog... I don't think I can afford any more, though I am looking for a SG catalog for British and colonies stamps..
