I know a dealer who insists on ID'ing stamps with post-it notes. When they are freshly applied, they can be removed and do not APPEAR to leave any residue behind (doesn't mean they don't leave a little behind), but if they are left longer (and I couldn't say how long that is, other than far less than a year) they leave a residue behind. No clue on this 811 as I have never seen it.
